Many of my customers have bought several paintings from me. Repeat business is important and I will only get this if my customers are satisfied.
If you buy a paining and are not happy, I will provide a full refund with no questions asked. All I ask is that the painting is returned in it's original packaging or similar and that you notify me within a month of receiving the painting. If you are in the United Kingdom I can arrange the return delivery if you wish and I will refund you any postage costs you incur.
Before dispatching a painting, I will contact you to confirm the sale and to arrange the delivery time and address. This also provides you with protection against fraud. I will also provide shipping details so you can follow the parcel's progress on the courier's website.
